Birthed at the early beginning of the 20th century, Johnson started its first blending plants outset in the 1930’s and is still chasing unprecedented exploring , innovating and pioneering to forge a spirit that guides Johnson to this day.

OUR VISION AND STRATEGY
In 1930, we anticipated a growing need for a far more diversified and specialised portfolio of lubricants for automotive, Cars, Trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. By comparison, less than 10 different products were necessary to meet car manufacturers' mandatory specifications in 1995. Today car manufacturers require almost 100 different mandatory products to keep the ever-increasing engine complexity going in order to meet energy economy, environmental demands and of course maximising motor performance.
Our business objective is transparent: fully meet the ever-growing market need for all lubricants for worldwide modern car fleets with only OEM mandatory and approved products. Our strategy is to focus on meeting the continuous and increasing demands by the global automotive industry.
