Cutting, stamping, forming, and drawing of soft to medium-hard steel bars. This product is especially well-suited to materials not needing to be in contact with chlorinated products. FD-230 is formulated with carefully selected base stocks and chlorine free additive technology.
It is doped fluid mineral oil free of any chlorinated additives.it gives Excellent dispersion of the oil film. It have good stamping and drawing capacity. The originality of the formulation takes into account the improved working conditions thus ensuring additional comfort for users. The oiliness, anti-wear and extreme-pressure doping provide enhanced tool longevity and a very good surface state, which factors contribute to a reduction in production costs. comparable to those obtained with chlorinated products while at the same time offering the advantage of not polluting and being capable of elimination at least cost.
