JOHNSON NCH–F40

NCH –F 40 is a neat chlorine-free cutting oil applied by micro-spraying and intended for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals and aluminum alloys. NCH –F 40 is particularly suitable for processes involving milling, tapping, drilling, reaming and sawing. NCH –F 40 is also well suited to forming operations: - bending and expanding of copper or aluminum alloy pipes for radiators and heat exchangers in automotive vehicles. - blanking operations (by spraying).
